When he’s not busy at the clinic, Richard enjoys donning some pretty dodgy-looking cycling lycra, taking a dip in the pool, or tending to his veggie patch. He believes that a healthy lifestyle is the best medicine, but he’s only human, and understands the struggles of a sweet tooth.
